ex-manager of IMPULSPHYSIK
formed the impuls Schweißtechnik GmbH and

Impuls-System-Technik GmbH forms. Main issue is the
further development of the Capacitor-Discharge-Welding
process, so to extend the applicability of the welding
system for the high energy segment, especially for the
vehicle building industry.

the company pulse welding gmbh was
established by the Swiss corporation group UNITALIS AG, to which belongs
the companies
Resistronic AG and
Mechtronik AG
in CH-Turgi. By the employment of all employee of the former company IST
GmbH has the new company the entire know-how for development and sale
for capacitor discharge welding machines of the upper performance class,
starting from 2000 Joule and thereby complet the assortment of the
welding machine range of the company Resistronic AG with < 2000 Joule.
The production of the components happens majority by
Mechtronik AG
